Although a little crowded the AI Weiwei exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts gave me food for thought. A lot more than I expected.

Blog 52: Today is recognising talent, providing a helping hand and another skill learnt.
Flo.dc
Attending degree shows and reviewing school projects is such an inspiration. There is so much talent out there and finding a way to provide a helping hand is definitely a goal. My skill learnt today is another IT challenge. Adobe Acrobat Pro and at last I can provide one attachment with all the papers enclosed. Phew I have written the instructions down. Back to beautiful things.
Blog 51: Labels and the part they play. A story waiting to be uncovered made me stop at the Design Museum and a reminder of the importance of words.
I started this blog as my memory bank and my recall facility (I wont go into why I need this) but I did not realize how difficult I would find putting words down. Getting into the Blog mindset and engaging with other bloggers I have yet to do but getting my thoughts down today is a start. I think it’s the sunshine and a reminder there is always a story to be told.

Magnificent Obsessions: The Artist as Collector,
Blog 28: Kettle’s Yard exhibition or home? No need for a mansion as small is beautiful. Surrounded by such beauty and so many hidden treasures.
Blog 22: Kaleidoscope experience in the Park.
A beautiful Sunny Day and drawn to the Serpentine. Julio le Parc http://www.serpentinegalleries.org
Blog 19: Treasures at the Crawford art gallery.
The Crawford Art Gallery another hidden treasure . ‘Portrait of Lennox Robinson’ by artist Margaret Clarke caught my eye and the label descriptor had ‘reason for choice’ which was really useful and very inclusive.
I have included in my pictures ‘Time Flies’ by Wm Gerrard Barry as this still makes me smile.

‘Motivational deficit’ was the main exhibition on the ground floor and included work by eight contemporary Irish artists. The pervasive nature of the recession and austerity. Definitely different view points and different perspectives at the Crawford Gallery
